This End-User License Agreement ("EULA")
is a legal agreement between you and Highspheres.com, please read it
carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of WakeMeUp! from now
on referred below as "WakeMeUp!" unless otherwise specified.
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING
THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
Highspheres.com grants a license to evaluate WakeMeUp!
for the 15 days after you first install it. If you like WakeMeUp! you
have to purchase it after the evaluation period is over.
When you purchase WakeMeUp!, the "Activation Code" is
being issued to you. This "Activation Code" can only be used
by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with
the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the “Activation
Code” shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the
rights granted in this EULA. However, “Activation Code” is
linked to the configuration of your machine at the moment of registration
and in some cases can become invalid. If this happens, Highspheres.com
guarantees that a new valid “Activation Code” will be issued
to you free of charge.
The single “Activation Code” represents
a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use one copy
of WakeMeUp! on a single computer after the evaluation period. The rights
to use WakeMeUp! after the evaluation period granted under this EULA
are voided unless you activate (register) WakeMeUp! in the manner described
on our web-site. You may also need to reactivate WakeMeUp! if you modify
your computer hardware. We reserve the right to implement the technological
measures in the WakeMeUp! to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,
sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in
this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
WAKEMEUP! IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE WAKEMEUP! AT YOUR OWN RISK.
HIGHSPHERES.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license or
if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must
remove WakeMeUp! files from your storage devices and cease to use the
product.
The terms of this license, as well as the WakeMeUp!
interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of WakeMeUp!.
We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and do NOT collect
personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided.
You may distribute WakeMeUp! self-installing executable
without any limits.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved
by Highspheres.com. All copyrights to WakeMeUp! are exclusively owned
by the author – Highspheres.com.
